Competitive compensation and recognition

Total compensation package
Alcan’s total compensation package includes a base salary, short- and long-term incentives and benefits as well as other forms of recognition such as the Nathanael V. Davis Award.
  • Base salary and incentives
Alcan monitors compensation programs to ensure that its monetary offers are globally competitive. The Company seeks to offer fair and just salaries and profit-sharing plans reflecting circumstances in the countries or regions where its operations are based. Alcan’s compensation policies are designed to help the organization attract, retain and motivate the employees most capable of helping it meet its business objectives.
