Our EHS FIRST Model The following model captures the key components of EHS FIRST. The four "pieces of the puzzle" constitute the four cornerstones required for the successful implementation and integration of EHS FIRST. Together, these pieces enable Alcan to make a series of step changes in its EHS performance. At the heart of EHS FIRST are Alcan's policies and values.
