Research and Development (R&D)
Long gone are the days when researchers sat alone at a computer. Today’s researchers, whether developing new products or processes, must be able to work in teams, have good client presentation skills, manage a budget . . . and still be uniquely innovative! They must also be able to make the changes customers request and do test runs without interfering with production. Not an easy task, but a highly stimulating one!
Who are they? R&D engineers, process engineers, customer support engineers, innovation project managers.
