Instructions:

• Enter the word(s) in the search field without quotes or brackets.

• Select one of the search options, explained in detail below:

• Any : This option will search for any document that matches any or all words entered in the search field. Example: If you are looking for all the documents that contain the words 'Alumina' or 'Bauxite', enter Alumina Bauxite in the field and check the option Any. This option is the same as in the standard search.
  
  
• All : This option will search for any document that matches all the words entered in the search field. Example: If you are looking for all the documents that contain the words 'Results' and 'Increase', enter Results Increase in the field and check the option All.
  
  
• Exact : This option will search for any document that matches the exact words in the search field. Example: If you are looking for all the documents that contain the words 'Annual Report' in this exact order, enter Annual report in the field and check the option Exact.
  
  
• Advanced: This option will search for any document that matches the words entered in the search field along with a combination of boolean values (such as AND, OR) and wildcards (such as * and ?). Example: (Pharm* OR Pack*) AND Report? will return all the documents that contain either words starting with Pharm (such as Pharmaceutical or Pharmaceutics) or words starting with Pack (such as Packaging, Packs or Packages), and the word(s) Report or Reports. More information on boolean values or wildcards is available.
  

• Select the section you want the search to go through. For a search in all the site, leave the default choice to 'All of Alcan.com'.

• Click on 'Go' to start the search.
